Overall great game, but with some flaws, compared to the first trilogy part. I´ve enjoyed the game, but I have 2 big complains about this one

This sequel definitely felt like it was riffing too hard on what made the first game so successful without adding enough improvements to set itself apart in a meaningful way. Adding way more resources to farm for it, was kinda tideous for the long run, but thats the problem for the player how much they want to improve the weapons early on.

The thing that sting me the most, was getting all 4 weapons really early in the game. The problem was compared to the 2013 reboot. In the reboot you get the machine gun, shotgun, fire arrows, grenade launcher... all in different places with some addition dramatic scenes where it felt way more powerful to the player than idk here have this upgrade for now.

(For me, just compare the scene where lara gets her grenade launcher in this game compared to the prequel.)

Great (small) Open-World game with the twist, that is no health bar, no enemies, no danger, no skill tree, etc.
Then this means there is more exploration and collectibles focused, which i really appreciate.

Although there are many bugs in the game which i had a few tantrums, cause of getting stuck, no mouse or keyboard working, buggy settings and a lot more. So keep atleast this in mind of playing this game.

I really enjoy to show critters some love with a plasma bazooka HV-1000. The way the projectile tickels this little and cute gophers are so cute and give them a jolt of encouragement. 10/10

Interesting time mechanich, which the longer you play, they more of your friends run out battery (including merchants and blacksmith).

One of the better Metroidvanias that i played so far. Even it has its own shortcomings, this game is very
enjoyable for its genre.

Btw, I only found this game, cause there was a Salt and Sanctuary reference. Wish I found that sooner.
