I'm not sure you can put into words how great this game is:
-It's got great atmosphere
-The combat is very enjoyable
-the medical system is also fun
-It allows for a lot of custom content
-If you don't like something there's probably a mod for that
-It's one of the only games I know that allows you to do some many freaking hilarious things I'm not even kidding
Overall: It's great, get it
