I've had horrible stress and anxiety induced psychotic episodes in the past and I worry that no one will believe me that a delusion gave me false beliefs and then treat my past delusions as undeniable truth. Not enough people understand that being unbiased is impossible then get blinded with the false idea that their perception is free of bias.

Yes, anyone can be a fool regardless of their intelligence level. Sheldon Cooper, I consider to be an intelligent fool, as reference; knows the science but has little to no people skills and would be found in a back alleyway because his street-smarts is severely lacking.

Misidentifying the cause of depression doesn't combat it; exercise helps, but it doesn't solve the underlying psychological issues [but, for my case, it seems most likely a vitamin D deficiency is the primary cause; the sunlight during the winter far up north is minimal]. I act pretty stoic primarily because of how my case of autism manifests [look into blunt affect] ; that's not the result of the depression. I don't fit typical gender norms (I'm male), which is why my autism diagnosis came later than it should have. In the past, I was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder and ADHD during school. Took a gender role test on idrlabs and got the result of Undifferentiated-Androgynous, meaning equally low on both masculine and feminine; 44% masculine 36% feminine.
