This game is fun... When you're playing with cheats on. Like I don't know if it's me, or my cities' economy being unstable, but whenever I try to do something fun with my city (I.E. screw-around kind of fun such as creating a big branch off my main residential district for the rich 1%) the entire city goes to heck *immediately*. I understand that when I screw around that bad stuff will happen, It's just the rate that it happens is way to quick. It makes the game sort of stressful and just not enjoyable to play, and I'm seeing a lot of new games do this now. It makes it so there's no fun in being "bad". I think you should give the player some more wiggle room for more "dumb fun" kinda stuff. Basically make it so there's a longer duration of your city slowly depleting, instead of like I said, going to heck instantly.
