Charming game with interesting puzzles and challenges. It definitely has a Zelda-like vibe even though the gameplay is more metroidvania. The difficulty is affected by enabling or modifying certain control mechanics like stamina usage and I-frame duration. It's best played with a controller, and it does take a bit to be able to get used to combat let alone master a balance between fighting and dodging. Still, the controls aren't too tricky, and it's fairly doable to finish the game even with some difficulty rules added.

Getting through the middle part of the game can be rough, since you have to deal with having food on you to restore health, and with a small inventory space unless you grind for money. At some point near the late game you'll find a way to restore hp passively without having to eat or rest somewhere.

The story is surprisingly deep and interesting, featuring a unique theme of a post-post-apocalypse where civilization resets(middle age-ish with science) but remnants of the old world still remain(modern/futuristic technology). A bit unfortunate that a continuation to the story is unlikely in the near future, so try not to get hooked too much to the story.

Overall it's a really fun game to play, and even the soundtrack is really nice to listen to. Good to get on sale.

A capitalism game with some hack and slash stuff on the side. Great game for those who want to manage a shop but not full time. Capitalism Ho!
