Combat is terrible. To start hitboxes, hit reg, and collision feel worse than games released 20 years ago. No variety in any mele, simple left click, right click. No ability to dodge, no ability to sprint, no ability to do anything except run circles around poorly designed ai, and click mouse 1. Even if you get past this, as soon as you get over 24 gear score, you’re thrown in with people of gear score of 400 or higher. These people memorize spawns, which don’t vary, and will come 1 shot you. Bugs such as rat jumping through doors, and boosted chicken jumping are part of the meta. When bugs are part of a meta, that have YouTube tutorials, that’s a sign to me of lazy, or overworked developers.

The mobs are the same, every time you spawn. Nothing interesting about them, after you run into them more than twice. The way this game plays in PVE, is simple. Run into new mob, learn their ♥♥♥♥♥♥ hit boxes, and move sets. Kite them. Click mouse 1, while using the basic movement of left, right, forward, and back. I may be crazy, but I think a good game rewards players for mastering their playable characters mechanics, and applying those to a diverse set of scenarios, in order to come out on top. Not memorizing a handful of mobs clunky basic attack patterns, and hitting w,a,s,d, followed by mouse 1.

P2W cosmetics that add stats? Come on man, this type of thing would be getting torn apart from other developers. The only reason this game has any player base, is due to the lack of any real co-op dungeon crawler on the market. That’s it. Speaking of which, why is a dungeon crawler forced pvp/pve. Oh, the company didn’t care about their game, and it’s a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ cash grab, like other games that followed the tarkov model. This is evident by their loop hole, to get out of people refunding their game.

Not worth the money in current state, especially the insanely priced DLC. Wait for sale of 9.99.

Besides the obvious money grubbing tactics, the on board hacks, also known as aim assist is just wild. Don't believe me, plug in a controller, google best aim assist settings, get into a private match with a buddy, and watch yourself lock on to character models through objects. As someone who hasn't touched a controller except for single player rpg games, I was easily able to drop 50-60 kills a match after a week of getting use to a controller.

The game is decently fun, the bugs on launch aren't why I'm not recommending this game. The biggest issue I have with it is it to me the "online multiplayer" aspect of the game is currently just an online Co-op and I think the distinction should have been made.

Great game, imo the best BR currently available and its free. I'm a big fan of the three classes and how each has its pros and cons and can support different styles of game play.
