Ah, Madness Combat. This game translates the style and brutality of the orignal animations into a 3D space near perfectly, problems being the weird ass timeline and ♥♥♥♥ that can be just ignored if you're looking for a mindless beat-em-up with a good soundtrack or love the Arena as much as I do. Locknar and Cheshyre knocked it out of the park here

As someone who enjoys a good sandbox game from time to time, I'd recommend Starbound if you want a relatively cheap game when it's on sale.

It's usually fun if you get at least one or two friends involved, having two main characters exploring the randomly generated cosmos (And procedurally generated dungeons and structures).

The problems? I'd say there's the Mechs and Story feeling like an After-Thought. Mechs feel like they were added because 'Would it be cool if we did this AND bounty hunting?' and not feeling too crucial for exploration or combat (Until you ♥♥♥♥ up every non-mech based enemy). Story felt too generic, like a kid's cartoon with horrific backstory that feels like the writers just ignored in the first place.

If I were to compare this game to any other LEGO game, I'd give you the statement 'It's a Black Sheep'

The game felt like an attempt to mix the collect-a-thon elements of the old games with the open world concept of Lego Worlds but removing things such as the dedicated Extras menu.

Not to mention that the story of the movie is vaguely followed to the point the game makes no sense unless you watched the movie.

Great for porn, violence, ETC. Bad for L4D2, TF2, and CS:GO stuff.
