🌏👃💃 Performance review for I'am PRO 🥒🎍💙

Not especially neat and tidy, but adequate for the job. A persuasive, engaging speaker when well-prepared, but uncomfortable and less effective when asked to speak off-the-cuff. Is usually decisive, but too often fails to take account of all possibilities, and this has caused a few problems in the past 6 months. Or takes account of all possibilities but takes too long to reach the final decision. Of average build. I'am PRO is ready to contribute to heavy or physical jobs, but needs help from people better equipped.
