So far no.
It is an interesting thought on paper, and I did like the idea growing up, but in practice too many games that claim to have multiple endings just have fancy Game Over screens.

I feel many of these are critically acclaimed because players were lucky in getting the good endings first, and anything else just becomes a fun "what if" to try, but the poor suckers that have the bad luck of getting one of the bad ones (me for example ) just get all the story build up thrown to the trash, and the good ending just becomes a "what if the story went right".
First impressions are important, so if you're gonna throw a bad ending at me, it's gotta have a lot of effort and be as satisfying as the good one.
They ruin the pacing of a good story and force identical replays with only minor changes, down to buying/using a single item. I'll only replay a game if I really like it or if the alternate path offers enough that's new and worthwhile, otherwise, I'll just watch it on YouTube. These games do not respect my time more often than not.

A good linear story is 100 times better than a magnum opus with a chance of getting smeared by a bad ending.
