Like most polish people they feel inferior that they cant learn and get good in games or sports so they have to use cheats to get anywhere and also like most polish people they're ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ poor ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and dont want to get banned, that's why he only uses it for 1 half and the other guy toggles for next half to dodge VAC overwatch.

But yeah all his premades are unskilled and both he and the other guy are also unskilled, if you're fast enough or 2vs1 them you can kill them even when toggle is on cause they overstep and ♥♥♥♥ up.

Hopefully Valve bans all 3 of them soon. I sent a replay explaining this in 04.11.2019
