Needs a supervisor to give instructions, but after receiving them gets on with the job. However, sometimes needs to come back and ask for more guidance. A natural leader. People tend to listen and follow their example and guidance. ☆♛☆BoGuŚ☆♛☆ is chosen as leader without making an issue of leadership. Physically fit, very rarely sick, and able to meet the demands of a physically demanding job. Makes decisions rapidly and well when dealing with small or personal matters, but still has to gain the confidence to make major decisions. Most of the decisions made turn out to be effective.
