Honestly one of the best games I have ever played.
Dont let all those bad comments influence you, just try it yourself and see if you like it or not.

Telling people to stay away from this game based on their experience with games like bdo, new world etc. is just delusional.
Every game genre was once created and there wont be a new mmorpg thats completely different than anything you´ve played. I played bdo and new world myself and tbh thrones and liberty is way better. New World on Release was just a pain in the ass and i think amazon learned from their mistakes.
They keep fixing bugs, the story is actually pretty interesting if you dont skip every dialogue and the combat feels smooth once you understand how it works. Theres even a ranked pvp mode which is awesome if you got some friends to play it with.

Keep in mind that games like new world and bdo were pretty boring on release as well, there will be more content and areas to explore over time.
