I came across this while looking at stellaris jokes. and it inspired me to create a empire based on what you have done.. can I have more context? princess name and how many stars Weymire has also the planet conditions?
I was observing the artwork and the characters eyes and the shadows but so far I can only assume its unary or binary??

there is not an outfit that matches her own but the closest to it would be the imperial outfit or 7/7. and the Phenotype is closest to 4/5 and hairstyle being 14/43 or what I chose 2/43. well anyway help please!! Also I made my empire based on this a luminary.
Also good artwork! you blended the colors and did the shadows and shine perfectly.

the weather is continental tundra or ocean.. I did continental because the species looks human and the clothing looks too light to be a tundra.. although the sky and colder usage of cooler colors. I say the ocean due to the rust and what appears to be a bridge as the structure she stands on matching the primitive industrial city type.. which can only be recreated using a mod. also based on the outfit a wavy pattern I assume ocean. I determined the ethics are Militarist and Authoritarian from the sword, cane and sovereign characteristics the character I can only assume to be psychic from the other item that hovers over her hand..
