For the umpteenth time Queen Anne High School has been done the dirty by The SRU.Following from last year’s debacle in the Under 18 plate when Our semi-final opponents Preston Lodge were disqualified from the competition on the day of the semi-final and Bell Baxter invited back in even though they had been beaten by Preston Lodge and we were forced to play our semifinal during prelim time.This time our Under 16 side were due to play Lathallan School ,unfortunately due to injury and unavailability due to School work we decided to concede the tie but the SRU gave us another chance which I moved heaven and earth to achieve.Lathallan the home team turned down the new date of the 7th Of November and Friday the 10th which I offered.I then suggested Queen Anne host the match.Please note it is incumbent on the home team to offer dates,Lathallan offered none.The SRU then went back to original decision we made much to my annoyance considering g the time I spent organising transport for the trip and ensuring the boys would be released fro. School.Lathallan only offered intransigence .I feel there a law for one side and another for the other
