I can't even say how much I hate this. It's not the gameplay, it's because I am not able to create a superstar which means I can't play MyCareer. Creating a superstar always lead me to crash.

2K Support is useless. They gave ridiculous solutions such as, "Run Steam client as Administrator". The replies come from different names (J*lal & S*an) so there's same solution in one feedback ticket. I reinstalled my WIndows, I even upgraded my PC for this and still not able to create a superstar. My 2 hours of playtime are just attempts to fix this error. So I have 2 hours of playtime and I bought this game 17 days ago because I waited for their feedback. Which means I am not suitable for refund.

I almost cried after I upgraded my PC and found I still can't play it.
