700 de grame de carne tocata, eu folosesc in amestec, ½ de porc, ½ de vita, am folosit chiar si de pui sau curcan pt. ca, spre deosebire de sarmale, ardeii umpluti nu imi plac grasi
1-2 cepe
½ de pahar de orez (75-80 ml, adica vreo 40-50 de grame) cu bobul rotund
½ de legatura de marar
½ de legatura de patrunjel
1 lingurita rasa de piper macinat
1 lingurita sare
1 lingurita paprika dulce sau iute (optional, eu o pun pentru culoare si aroma)
150 de grame de rosii pasate sau 100 ml. de bulion
1 lingurita de pasta de rosii
optional: 1 ou intreg sau doar 1 galbenus de ou, merge foarte bine si fara
3 frunze de dafin
sos: 250 de ml. de bulion de rosii concentrat, 3 linguri de ulei, 2 linguri de faina, frunza de dafin, sare, piper, zahar
