DraX♛ is capable of planning and sequencing own work, but does not yet do so consistently. When work is planned, usually works systematically towards objectives. In the face of setbacks or adversity will wait to see how others respond before continuing. Will continue to pursue the objective as long as others lead the way. but will give up otherwise. Aiming for a top job in the organization. They set very high standards, aware that this will bring attention and promotion. DraX♛ does the right things at the right time when instructed. But without instruction, sometimes they fails to spot the priorities and sometimes completes work late.
