If I had the choice between Voicemod, which makes you pay 20$ followed by a 5$ monthly subscription for a license to use a soundboard with limited sound effects, and Soundpad, which makes you pay a 1-time 5$ payment for unlimited sound effects, I'd take Soundpad any day.

Best 5$ I've ever spent.

This game is very good. The option to install mods and other craft is reminiscent of Gmod, another very good game. It also utilizes timescale, which is simply a great lag reducer.

This game is a testament to what makes a game good. It's been around since 2004, and people are still making massive advancements with it. Overall, it's a very fun, easily modded game and I highly reccomend.
