How long I've been on your server: I have been on your server on and off but if i had to round up all the days I would say 1-3months.

Admin/Moderator Experience: I have been an admin on a couple servers RP, PvP And MilitaryRP Servers. I Have been a Head-Admin on a server that was almost full everyday and was dedicated with it until the owner couldnt fund it anymore. Therefore I am very understanding with people's needs.
