I was banned with the information in game " Code of Conduct violation". I submitted couple of appeal between 3-4 days for another appeal, but what? all I received was auto reply messages from the bots repeating same message over over and over again like 4-5 lines. After several appeal, I was informed my account was commerce. I even took a screenshot on my steam purchases history and make another appeal and still haven't heard anything from them. I recommend to stay away from AGS (Worst Gaming Company ever) as they do not have an actual HUMAN SUPPORT. It's all BOTs just like the damn SERVER FULL OF BOTS.

-Very fun, Excited.
-Great graphics
-Alot of different classes with 25 level.
-I like the gore
-Amazing Co-op when playing the server with 20 players above with HOE modes around 100-500 monsters per wave.
-Soundtrack
