Much better than the third game, but after all, nothing beats Trine 2 for me, but personally really good experience and progress after the third game.

Combine Risen 1 and Risen 2, add better gameplay, and you get Risen 3.

Well, after Trine 2, this was quite bad. The new 3D playstyle was quite good, but overall, it felt like spin off dlc to second trine.. not a whole game.
