Not impressed. If I know it was just a Viking version of all the RTS Command & Conquer games I would not have bought it. I don't like those sort of games and never have. If it was just a city builder type game like Banished and the like then I would have enjoyed it but as it is then no, it is not for me.

Having said though, what it has done (from what I have seen in the tutorial) looks good. The graphics are very depictive of Viking life and the different units have differing abilities which you can use in battle.

The game page doesn't mention anything about it being a RTS game but to build your settlement, crush your enemies and forge your own saga but no mention of how the game goes about doing it. I was expecting battle to be more in line with the Total War games (though scaled down) and not the units just like C&C. Building the settlement even seems like you only do it to get enough warriors to then attack the enemy base.

If you like C&C and RTS type games then sure get it but if you were looking for something a little more relaxing then avoid it.

Great story and the graphics are high standard. The combat is easy to learn and quite intuitive. I am only just leaving the first area and still haven't gotten far into it yet but I am rather enjoying it. Unfortunately, even completing ALL side quests before you leave, you still cannot improve your talent enough to gain something new, therefore unless you choose lock picking at character creation you will not be able to get into many chests scattered around the starting city.

Overall though a really good game and can't wait to keep playing and seeing where the story takes me

I bought this game back when it was first in early Access and have not played it in a very long time. Enjoyed designing engines and creating cars back then. Recently re-installed on a new pc and the game is STILL in early access 7 years later. Everytime I try to play the light campaign to test that out I have no money, time will not advance and I cannot design engines. Then whenever I go to the car designer the game crashes every single time.

I honestly don't think this game will EVER be finished and with the constant crashes where it happens and not being able to do anything on the campaign side of things (even though there has been numerous patches saying you can save your progress I now have to give it a big thumbs down.

In the early days then for what it was and the potential it had then it would have been a resounding thumbs up but how little the game has progressed in 7 years and seems more buggy now than it did then there is no way this should be recommended.

This game looks nothing like the screenshots. everything seems cartoonish and a little pixelated. The gameplay itself isn't even that good and refund has been requested. It is only the second game I have ever requested on Steam as I usually give the benefit of doubt to the developers but I was so disappointed with this game.

Worst game ever!!!!

After taking 3 hours to download I could only get onto the Asian servers. which wouldn't be so bad except all my friends are on the European servers and I can't friend them or join the same guild. When I downloaded directly from the website it automatically assumed I could read and understand Chinese characters because Australia is part of the Asia-Pacific region. didn't even give the option of what language I wanted to play in.

Glad this was free and I don't have to request a refund.

Take heed anyone playing in a certain region and your friends are elsewhere around the world.

Cleared game with all achievements in under 28 minutes without autoclicker. Had to go back in though just to do the help to get tutorial achievement.

Fun little game though the breasts sizes are unrealistic for the size of the girls. If they were really like that they would fall over and have MAJOR back problems. Good quality CG though but certainly not something I would pay for if it wasn't free.

Idle game with many boosts which you can eventually use to "soft reset" your game and then increase how quickly you can complete all your jobs and hobbies. Have played for over a year and now just need a few wallpapers and outfits. Love the addition of the phone flings and occasional new characters. Couple of characters I don't like but overall a very good game to just let run when you can't be at computer and it still increase your money.
