Some major changes need to be made for this game to continue to survive, and the devs know their actions are the direct cause of a mass exodus of players.

This is... a good game. Sadly single player is pretty much the only way to play, as the servers are nearly completely unpopulated. Part of what honestly hurt this game was spending 5 years in early access. I hope to see more development over time, but I honestly wouldn't blame the creator if that just doesn't happen. I really hope the game comes back into the light, it really was a good game.

I recommend this game because it is a good game, but there are some infuriating things about it, primarily for me being turn order. If it flipped between the two players on activation that would be fine, but it's a random roll that has literally gave me games that never allow me first activation which could have meant life or death of a titan.

Overall a good game, unless you're a space marine player, here are the pros of each race.
Eldar: Faster, smaller hit boxes, good weapons. ranged healer, an additional class, and speed, no designated capture class.
Orks: Godly damage weapons, a quick respawn during WAAGH, a hip fire rocket launcher to mess up infanty and vehicles, No dedicated capture class.
Chaos: Durable (Doesn't matter in this game.) God tier ranged weapons (An autocannon that is high damage, high ROF, and high magazine cap, also lights people on fire if you didn't kill them in the first 2 hits, and many good melee and ranged weapons.) Ranged healer who can also drain life. Aslo, once again, no dedicated captur class.
Space Marines: Durability (As with Chaos, it does not matter.) and storm shield. For durability of course.
Now for the cons
Eldar: Generally less damaging weapons, but have high ROF, weaker than other races.
Orks: Close range healer, generally low damage basic weapons, but with high ROF, a little slower.
Chaos: Slow with bigger hit boxes.
Space Marines: Average at best weapons, slow, big hitboxes, no ranged healer, only Tactical marines can capture points, weaker melee, generally weaker ranged capabilites.

Are you seeing the pattern? It's a good game, but you just may get pissed if you plan on mainly using space marines.

One of, if not the best RTS I have ever played. Even after 8 years I'm coming back to it. Absolutly magnificent game.

It really, really hurts to write this review. This game in itself, is horible. Pros: Great graphics. Cons. Gamplay is awkward compared to older games in the series. The Voice acting can be laughable at times. Most model designs are nice, however others, like Gorgutz, are stupid looking. The Super hevies are cool additions, however they are dulled down by others. Even on sale, this game really isn't woth the price. I plan on keeping it incase they decide to fix alot of things, but I would not recommend buying this game. Save the money and buy the orignals, like dark crusade.

WARNING: Do not play at night, DO NOT play with all the lights off. Buy this game for aa amazing horror experience.

I would like to start off by saying that this is a great game and should be deeply considerd, not just cast away like Fenris. This game, in my opinion, should have spent a little more time in development, Example of why: In one of the very first trailers, it states that you can warp out, repair the ship, then warp back in to continue fighting, this ability has yet to be shown. It still has bugs, but are getting sorted out as the go along, and the only down side as an early adopter, still no space marine fleet, which they worded incorrectly, (like GW itself does occasionaly,) implying it would be a few weeks, (By definition 2 or 3 weeks) but it has been one month and 2 weeks (This was posted on june 3rd). It also implied that the early adopter would recieve it before the non early adopters. P.S., if any staff read this, please reccomend the space wolves as a favor for the space marines, as they have the largest known fleet of all space marines chapters, please do not act like Matt Ward with Ultramarines and make them overpowerd if you make them a favor (PLEASE DON'T USE THEM, they dont really like many ships or big ships any ways).

Ok im going to start of saying that this is a great game overal, unless your into the story more than gameplay and graphics

This game is confusing to no end, people are brought back from from when they died in the first game, you play as a brand new character and so much had to have happend between chaos rising and retribution that i had no idea what was going on.

Overall great gamplay and amazing graphics. could have been alot better on the "story mode".

I personally love this game.
It has good graphics and is a great strategy game.
I still have a couple problems.

#1 In some missions you have to kill a tech marine/ iron priest who was abducted by tyranids and is on hte ground. One hour of gameplay and over 70+ Xenos slain in melee alone, i get to the room with my heavy terminator equipped with an assault cannon. The reason is that the objective CLEARLY states that you can shoot OR burn the marine. The game appears to be either bugged or the objective is wrong because none of my marines would shoot it.

#2 The creators of this game cant calculate properly. My Space Wolf seargent with a pair of wolf claws has a 90% chance of hitting a genestealer. THIS DOES NOT CALCULATE THAT 9 OUT OF 10 BATTLES WILL RESULT IN A TYRANID KILLING A SPACE MARINE. THIS SHOULD MEAN THAT 9 OUT OF 10 BATTLES WILL RESULT WITH A TERMINATOR KILLING THE TYRANID.

other wise this a good game but be warned of its bugs
