This game falls into a genre that has not too many competitors, but it also means it has some rather large shoes to fill....
Animalia has far from filled these shoes at this stage in the game.

It is far from being classified as a decent beta/early access game. It is at a very raw alpha level. It really only should get 'demo' status. There is just no gameplay, and at the price tag attached it is just not worth it.

Is there potential? Definitely, but they don't have a "game" yet and they are asking a very high price for what is essentially a rough edit that could be demoed at a game convention to gain interest.

Over all, a huge disappointment from the get go. May come back to it after a solid year, but if you want gameplay that is actually functional; i'd give this game a miss for awhile.
