Valve and Bethesda decided to monetize MODs created by the community. The implementation was rushed and in current state will mostly likely do more harm than good for the community and at the end for the Publishers too. Now, they need to ask the question whether its actually good idea to monetize on user content as it introduces a lot of slippery slope on many levels. For now, I decided to choose thumbs down as I do not agree with the decision.
