In the short time frame I have played, let me make one thing clear, it is day 3 of official launch and the game is still EARLY ACCESS. That being said, Temtem is slightly different than pokemon but fairly similar. It's fun with friends, sometimes even more so without. Alot of bugs and a great deal of weird mishaps do happen. However, the game is still technically Alpha, which means loads of content and bug fixes along the way. Most people bought this game with the wrong mindset apparently as they threaten to refund the game and complained about the bugs, when this came out not even a week ago of this review. Don't let that discourage you though. Temtem is what I wanted pokemon to kind of be and it's just as fun to me as the old pokemon games. Hope this review helps and try to keep open minded.

Got the game a few days ago, and for someone who isn't too into Souls-like games this got me pretty hooked.
The character customization for this is insane, you could make your favorite characters from anime's or meme it out and make a waifu.
Then the combat is also captivating, granted backstabs are a bit odd to get used to in this one, parrying is pretty simple and straight forward.
For keyboard people (Like myself, don't hate me for not wanting a controller), the keybinds are rebindable and I don't see a real issue with it. Friendo also says the controls feel great for controller.
Storyline is pretty decent, nothing too great, but it does have different endings.
Building up characters is straightforward and gets alot easier as you progress and collect more items. The only downside is you can't build up the stats like Dark Souls, you leveling up just raises all stats and that threw me off.
Overall, it's a fun and captivating game, can't wait to see what the DLC's pack.

P.S. Help, I've fallen and I can't get up.

For the few days that I've played Rust, I murdered 30 nakeds, died by just about everything including myself for fat, built bases, and somehow managed to hit myself with a rock and die. 9/10 would kill myself with a rock again.

This game has lots of potential, its fun so far, combat and PvE seem kinda repetitive but make sense. There's no real storyline atm, and there are a few areas they could improve on. It's not P2W which kind of makes me happy and I can see this game working out with a few content updates and maybe a deeper look into the story behind it. 7/10 for now. It isn't bad, but it isn't great YET. Still early access so hopefully it pulls through.

After various options and being almost every class, I decided that all weapons are useless and started punching everything...

In the sparatic timeframe of 32 hours of gameplay, I have died, been captured, rescued myself, killed people, asphyxiated various times, asphyxiated others, thrown wrenches and other various weapons, glitched people outside ships, been shot in my own pod, crashed others, and became a freedom fighter that has possessed numerous people. 10/10 would possess people for ridiculous freedom fighting again.

Upon Purchase and Download of Game I:

1. Sent a Mass invite via Discord
2. Hosted a very long lobby Deathmatch
3. Got murdered via a mass Hole in the vastness of the map
4. Fell through a map... and won
5. Became an expert at destroying ice maps
6. Found out that the shotgun physics will kill you if in mid air

10/10 would Invite, host, get sucked into a Black Hole, Fall and win, Destroy the world, and shoot myself out of the map again.

I do recommend this game, however, I missthe olld system to where you actually grinded for your gear instead of fighting for crates of stuff you dont want. I kinda understand the system now, but I still think that the grind was better.
