The Game is great when you can get into it.
The Devs are Handling that problem. Can't say they are doing a particularly good or bad job keeping people updated. Would recommend if you have the money to spare and you are patient as it's on sale for the time being.

They ruined the community with free2play.
Game is riddled with hackers and overwatch is overwhelmed cause everyone reports everyone.
prime is useless because they removed mobile authenticator requirement and all you have to do is either pay for prime or level up to 20 and they give it to you for free. absolutely ridiculous concept. Game will be dead within 2 years.
