While the game had a very rough start. Season 3 really fixed a lot of bugs and crashes. While there is still bugs from time to time, it's nothing that major.

MW2 Campaign - the campaign is alright, better than Cold War and Vanguard by a long shot. It was buggy when I played during launch, but fixes were applied later on. 6.5/10

MW2 Multiplayer - don't listen to others. While the attachment concept is weird at first, it's easy to learn. It's a hit or miss if you like the mechanic, but I believe it was pretty nice especially that there isn't that many attachments that will make it unfair to play against. I can choose a weapon with no attachments and do just fine in a lobby with high ranked players. One thing I don't like that much is the basically infinite ways to tune your weapon, it would be nice if there were a couple of options instead that the devs have prebuilt instead of you do it all yourself. Another thing is that there isn't many good optics in this game. Sure there is cool ones. but the majority of them just suck. One infrared/night vision vision in this game is this weird orange color and I personally am not a fan of, I see no reason not to use green or blank and white. Another thing is that I wish they added statistics like how Cold War had, where you can see the exact stats and how attachments affect it. And one last thing, THIS IS A CONSOLE GAME NOT A PC GAME, so stop complaining about aim assist and movement and lack of enjoyment. Go play an older cod title that you played on your ps3 with a mouse and keyboard, it's not the same as it used to. 8/10

ETC - the greed of Activision in this game is sad, this era of Call of Duty is not going in the right direction. There is tons of purchases in this game and barely any fun unlockables like blueprints and skins. The optimization in this game is also pretty bad. All we can count on now is that Microsoft goes through the deal and leads Call of Duty in the right direction. And stop crying that the CoD games are going to start favoring Xbox players, Sony has been favored for years. And no, I highly doubt Microsoft is going to stop releasing on the Playstation, that's just less money on Microsoft's end. And who cares if they do, you are a computer player anyways. You might as well go play Valorant where moving punishes you and where the character has no idea how to aim.

Warzone 2.0 - the transition was reallllllly bad from the original. They removed slide canceling and changed lots of mechanics from the original. The map is meh at best, but not as bad as the previous. They also removed one shot headshots from snipers (for the most part), which I like so you actually have to start using more than 1 brain cell when camping. The graphics are also kinda meh, still doesn't have that much color. The UI is just bad. This game fell under simplification and the UI is just super super basic. One major good thing in this game is that most weapons in this game are balanced and can be the meta. On the other hand, all these weapons in this game do too much damage and the TTK is small. Another thing is that AR's are just sad, they take forever to aim and the optics are just not zoomed in enough or too much zoomed. One small thing I don't like is that they removed sprays and gestures in Warzone 2.0.... why?... This removed a lot of personality in this game. And overall, it's just not that much fun to mess around or even play anymore. As of now, Season 2 and 3, has implemented changes that helped with gameplay and design. This game is about a 6/10 when Warzone's (1) current state is a 6.5/10. For Warzone to be saved, they should just add slide canceling back, it wouldn't be that hard either, and rework the UI, increase TTK, fix the ADS, and HAVE A GOOD MAP. I can't say how important it is if this game had a good map, if the map was straight up Verdansk with pretty skies, this game would immediately go to a 8/10.

Overall, Overall, MW2 is a solid game, while it didn't meet our expectations, it's a good game. If this game was labeled as a different game and company, and not even Call of Duty, this game would just blow up and have so much great reviews and people would be taunting Call of Duty saying this company can create far better games than they can. The CoD community will hate their newer games no matter what and because of this the devs don't even know what y'all want anymore. Try the game out if you haven't.

TLDR - The community is too harsh on the game, not having an open mind when playing. The game is very fun although a bit buggy at times. I 100% recommend this game if you are into shooters. Although this game is meant to be for more experienced players, it's not that big of a problem, you will definitely have some fun regardless.
