Great game, amazing graphics and gameplay, would recommend if you got the money for it, but the game is super short, I beat the game in 0.6 hours, but I cant imagine what they would have done to make it longer without increasing the repetitiveness of the game (which there is currently barely any). In other words I wish it was longer, but I would recommend it if you are willing to spend the money

The steam controller is great, I tried it for a variety of different games, and it is very versatile and will work for almost any genre, and it is very fun to type with. It is very fun to customize your controls, and you can rebind the buttons to make them do pretty much anything. The customizability is great, it is very fun to use, and using it is an overall good expeirence

However while the steam controller itself is amazing, but it does have one major downside; big picture mode.

Big picture mode is terrible, and very annoying, it is not good, it is not cooperative, and by all means IT SHOULD NOT BE A REQUIREMENT TO USE THE BASIC FEATURES OF THIS HARDWARE. It is so irritating, but luckily if you have already set up bindings on your controller (using big picture mode), you can play games without it, however that does not change the fact that it completely relys on it. To make it even worse, the second you turn on your steam controller in big picture mode, your mouse and keyboard stop functioning properly (your mouse in particular), it disables your mouse and makes you use the controller. Big picture mode also comes with plenty of bugs, but I will not go into those (some involve computer and steam crashes, and ect.). Now this could be bareable because as soon as you have your bindings on your games you are free to play them without big picture mode, but there is one thing that is a bit of a pet peeve of mine;

You are not able to turn your controller off without big picture mode, which is a huge pain, especially when you accidentally turn it on.

In conclusion I will recommend the steam controller to anyone who is looking for a good, and affordable controller for a cheap price, it will satisfy all of your controller needs, and do even more than any normal controller would, and using it can be a great experience. However, it is too reliant on big picture mode, which is just terrible in every way possible. Luckily it is possible to use it outside of big picture mode, even though you will not be able to rebind your keys, or type with it, (or even turn it off) if you do. However, if the steam controller can become fully functional without big picture mode, or if they can somehow fix big picture mode to make it a better experience, then I will give this controller my full recommendation.

To put into layman's terms,

steam controller good
big picture mode bad

I give it an 8/10
