If we are talking about Filipinos in the Philippines ( not the smart ones who made it out of the country ), then yes we are talking the uneducated , ignorant, absolutely stupid masses.

1. Let's first start with the education. Most kids don't go to school. I know a lot of people here and all of them should be in school but they don't go. Then because of rain and heat, classes are shut down all the time. Lastly, the level of education and what's being taught, 11th grade math is like 5th grade math in USA.
2. There are so many examples of stupid Filipinos, let me just point out one: Filipinos drive around at night with no lights ( yes these vehicles do have working lights , they need to be flipped to the on position ) Motorbikes, trikes, cars. Why? Because they have “super night vision” and it saves electricity. Absolute stupidity. And then you see the number of accidents at night.
3. OK another example: the stupid masses piss and crap into the rivers where they take a bath and wash their clothes. Smart. Really smart.
