"Don't you dare go hollow." Words to live by! Dark Souls is an amazing game with deep enriching lore, a nice connected world that will make you go "AHA!" when you find that special shortcut, and game play that rewards playing smart and pacing yourself well. I love this game, hell its my favorite story based game of all time and might even be my favorite game of all time (Team Fortress 2 is my other favorite game of all time). This game isn't perfect and the second half especially feels like the developers rushed a little and it isn't as polished or great as the first half, but even with that in mind the first half of this game is so good it makes up for it. I highly recommend this game, and its my favorite work from From Software yet.
