I personally think this game is extremely underrated and deserves far more love than it gets. Also, it definitely needs a second year of support.

Not as good as 3 & Knuckles, but comes pretty close with mods, including the new Hyper Sonic mod that has you give up the Chaos Emeralds to collect the Super Emeralds like you did in Sonic 3 & Knuckles, 100% accurate to those games besides the type of Special Stages you're playing.

I just don't like it, it's been a pain in the ass for the entire time I've used it. Only using it because of retroachievements support.
