It's pretty much a VR non-movement Resident Evil type demo with progressing waves/mission getting worse and worse until the final boss. My favorite part is when the power goes out and you have to listen and watch the pulsating lights for the Stalker creatures. Very fun plus its free win win.

Literally only played maybe an hours worth? and i genuinely don't understand the hype that this game generated. Looks and plays like ♥♥♥♥/clunky controls, game takes forever to render what you're looking at. Objects will appear out of thin air while your driving 60 mph and slam right into them. 2/10

Constant crashes, not to mention this game requires 151.4 GB of space? that's insane.

|Spoilers below| (Decade old game)

After finishing the story, and exploring almost all the game mechanics FC3 has to give, I give it a very strong 7/10.
The story itself is interesting but is very short. After finishing the game I realized within 1 hour of playing I had already killed Vaas and was moving on to the "Hoyt" arc of the story. The seggs scene in one of the endings scarred me when I was 12, thought I would share that.

Arguably this games success wouldn't be a thing if it weren't for the Voice actors for Vaas/Jason, the sound design team and last but sure as h*ll not least, Brian Taylor's composing of the music.

For the voice acting, I'm not entirely sure but there's times where the voice audio sounds amazing and others where it sounds like someone was recording a voice line through a 360 mic. It could be from the port to PC, but who knows. Theres also times where some of the delivery for the lines are kinda cheesy, like the director wasn't getting through to them what he was wanting in certain scenes. But a overall small gripe.

Game play wise, for the third installment of FC, its very simplistic. Regardless, sneaking and infiltrating hideouts without alerting anyone or causing alarms to tip off is very satisfying. I would catch myself constantly trying to sneak around even though in most games i would go guns blazing with no second thought. This is the first game that I've ever played where i actually wanted to sneak around, kudos Ubisoft 2012. When upgrading the skill tree or finding a relic, I would purposefully grind for XP just to hear it, again shout out to the sound team.

On max settings this game still looks dated, this is where my 7/10 rating come from.
Understandably back in 2012 I'm sure these graphics for 360/PS3 were pretty damn good, but while playing I would notice times where facial animations were top notch and then other times where it looks like someone was in a hurry in the studio. I would also see 2-3 of the same characters in the cut scenes as well, Quantity of quality is never the right move.

The game unfortunately still suffers from game crashing bugs, i would often find myself repeating missions i would almost have completed but would have to restart due to the auto save times and crashing. Some random here and there texture bugs as well, but for a 360 port I'm not gonna go hard on it.

If you planned to buy this game to play the multiplayer, you sadly cannot. Do not buy if that's your only motive for the game.

If the games on sale or for free, snag it and get a decent story to play.
