Does not shirk duties, and can share the workload with other people in the team to achieve maximum group output – but does not do so consistently. Not good at planning and monitoring the work of team-members. When a topic is unfamiliar or new concepts are put forward, kandis kandis engages in the conversation, but contributions show a lack of understanding at first. Needs to make more effort to listen, learn and adjust. kandis kandis copes with short periods of pressure, but the quality of work and level of enthusiasm begin to decline if the pressure continues for a longer period.
