Do not play this garbage of a game. Waste of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time. A broken mess full of bugs and horrible QoL. Combat is worse than Super Mario, movement is awful, you get stuck on objects you should not be stuck on and basically you can't play Solo with some of the classes.
If you are a level 1 player, you get placed in lobbies that are level 30, 50, 80, etc.
It's not oriented for new players at all.
You are stuck with only 1 class unless you wish to pay to have more classes under 1 account, otherwise you are forced to delete classes that you've progressed with and you wish to try new classes.

The most awful thing I can say about the game is the combat, it's worst combat I've played so far in a game.

The game is Free, if you want, give it a try, otherwise, don't waste your time with this game and allow it 10 years for them to re-work the combat entirely.

I absolutely love this game. The music is awesome, one of the best I've heard in games for a while. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys strategy games as much as I do. Currently trying to conquer the entire world map, even going against all of Rome to try and take it over. All shall be mine!!
And also it helps me heal my mentality after a game of the cancer called League of Legends. Bless Rome: Total War. <3

Hell to the yes. After playing for the first time I wasn't really into it because I had to learn everything from the beginning, my first attempt, 15 minutes, banished from the city XD. Second attempt, started to realize what to do and how to do it smartly, got addicted, couldn't stop playing for hours, didn't sleep the entire night, finished the game on my second attempt with nearly 500 citizens, under 100 deaths. And when I finished the game on my second attempt(which is like a couple minutes ago, it's 4 AM, didn't sleep cause I got addicted to it like a drug addict), I was so sad, I wanted to build more, see what else the story has and how long can I last, but alas, it had to end eventually. ANDTHenIrealisedtherewasendlessmodeandyouwon'tbeseeingmeanytimesoon.
Strongly recommend this game, keeps you on your toes and thinking what is going to be the smart move even if it requires sacrifices. Music, amazing, it kept the tension going and going, the worse the weather got the faster and louder the music wen, you actually FELT how dangerous and dire the situations are and that's all because of the music.
LOVE THE GAME

One of my all time favorite games. The last time I played it was 10 years ago, finished it multiple time and I'm here yet again to play it once more. The game was made in 1999 and for it's time has had advanced graphics and physics. The story is amazing, looks great, music of the game also one of my favorites there is, the world building is awesome too, really enjoyed looking and exploring, trying to do a complete run for the achievements. Def recommended.
