Game is absolutely fantastic for what it is, the sheer potential of game design it includes - and yet it still drinks my CPU like a single dad on valentine's day. Modding is an absolute chore and a half with compatibility issues or just random situations popping up in the game that makes no single attempt at making sense, then combine that with the optimisation of it running on literally one core (which means it is only doing like a quarter of what should be doing compared to the average modern computer) and you get a new Bethesda game. Yet, even after all this insurmountable effort, it is literally addictive. And the best part of it, is that my colonists are currently murdering each other in a berserk state just because they didn't eat at a table while about 15 raiders show up in drop pods and are shooting at them. I love this game.
