sucks. the whole garrison thing takes an INSANE toll on your man power and equipment, if you dont want to spend time on making collaborationist governments/if you want to use their factories. for me as the german empire i was occupying hungary, czechoslovakia, romania, yugoslavia, and france. combined that took the supplies and manpower for 75 divisions (which i wouldnt be able to use to do anything, since theyre just "garrison"). around 700,000 manpower and a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of support equipment and guns, and i had 1.95 million in actual divisions. dumb as hell. for context they were in the same faction as the US so i couldnt just puppet them yet. its utter ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, maybe a little bit realistic but its a video game and takes the fun out of it. the spy thing and the new focus trees are cool i guess. i just dont get why a) you cant sign a white peace easily (like in kaiserreich), for example if a faction has lost its foothold in a region/continent, and b) why you cant just send actual troops you have instead of wasting resources on non existent garrison divisions.

so apparently its free. i just bought it in a bundle then i watched the trailer and at the end it said free to all players. please remove this ♥♥♥♥ if its free for dumbass ♥♥♥♥♥♥ like me. thank you.
