Ok Wallpapaer Engine, not a lot to explain here but you pay 4.99 Canadian dollars to have a ♥♥♥♥ load of wallpapers to make your desktop look cool and such not bad at all in anyway which is what I use the app for. However you can make your very own wallpapers and share them with the everyone on steam and such so it's all good and such, like I said not a whole lot to explain here but if you want an animted wallpaper then Wallpaper Engine is the perfect thing for you my friend. Plus the price is not all that bad and the wallpapers are very well done so I recommend this software for you my friend.
