Currently it's a whole lot of nothing...

- Generic graphic and background music... looks almost like an asset pack you can download for free
- Big world but completely barren, boring and repetitive and there's nothing besides the main points interest on the map and even they are incredibly boring because you go there only to loot the same-looking piles of trash, boxes and bins over and over again
- Progress feels meaningful, weapons, armor, skills? - literally +10 inventory space perk, pickaxe and berries is all you need, optionally backpack
- Horendous optimization
- Lacks tons of QoL features
- AI is more A than I and the companions simply don't work at all - they're just walking around but never work

Damn, just found out they nuked the game.
While I didn't play for hundreds of hours, I had a good time when I was playing. Sure it wasn't some visual masterpiece and often times it was a bit clunky and sometimes it looked and felt empty with not many things/objects you could interact (other than resources) BUT the crafting system was the best I've ever encountered in any similar game, the combat, multiplayer and territory control was fun and it's really sad and a shame that it had to end.

Like at the end when they knew the game was hanging just by a thread, I'd rather try to make a hard reset and change the necessary things to make it more popular and profitable or if that wouldn't be fulfilling for the devs, just sell it to another studio for "some necessary rebuilding and rebranding"... YES, it would enrage many players ad YES, there would be a big player drop temporarily BUT players (who paid for it) would have at least something... something that would be a bit different but still good and fun...

As was said, definitely would recommend when the was running, now I can't anymore.

Decent game.
The main "selling point" is that it's free because besides that there's nothing special about this game. It has only very basic mechanics and progression&upgrades doesn't feel all that satisfying but I hope this will be improved in future updates.

Very simple but fun... it just takes a lot of time to progress in late stage of the game and even more time to complete all the in-game (not Steam) achievements... some people may also find daily and weekly repetitive quests and challenges boring and annoying "because you have to spend more time in the game than half an hour once a month" and/or because "it's just there to increase the chance of you spending money".
The good thing is that it can be played fully f2p as long as you do all the daily and weekly quests and challenges.

I'm also very interested how things will be going in the future because compared to Steam page, they are almost 2 years behind their plan. BUT as long they're working on it, I'm optimistic that there will be more stuff in the future and it will be a bit more engaging and/or complex than how it is now.

Where would I start with this one...

Finished the story as a co-op with a friend and had fun with it BUT since then, I couldn't really get into it. I really wanna genuinely like it but this game is making it very difficult.

I enjoy the different aproach and a twist it has compared to Terraria and it's one of the things that's making this game great but at the same time, it feels like devs either didn't really care enough or they were forced to ship the game much earlier because while the huge potential there, it's just not it...

The story is kinda silly and the gameplay loop tied to the story becomes quickly boring (especially if you play solo), the pace is super slow and exploring, while fun, can become more of a chore than something you look forward to. The enemies and bosses feel clunky at times and the pace of fighting is also a little bit off.

I'd recommend this game mainly because it CAN be fun experience for the right people. But for most of the players, especially those coming from Terraria, be prepared to be frustrated and bored regularly.

It also doesn't help that devs pretty much abandoned the game so no content updates, no bug fixes, no QoL or performance improvement, nothing... now the game is surviving only in the hands of modders and that's just not enough in my opinion. It's a shame and it's sad because with proper care, this could easily be the "legendary status game" sitting hand-to-hand with Terraria.

Mad Moxxi's Underdome Riot... what can I say... it's just horrible grindfest garbage ... the first three "lesser" challenges are bearable but I wouldn't call them fun... 5 rounds, each with 5 waves... as I said, bearable. The "larger challenges" on the other hand are just braindead grindfest created exclusively to waste your time... 20 rounds, each with 5 waves... total time to finish one "large challenge" is several hours when solo and a few when you have full group... no ability to save... you die or leave = you start again.

I'm sure this DLC was never meant to exist... a full tinfoil-hat conspiracy theory here... we were supposed to get a wholesome, fun DLC like the 3 other ones but a couple of completely deranged employees went rogue, made this and secretly snuck this in and replaced the original DLC.

The only positive would be the Vault for your weapons (and other stuff)

The optimization is a joke... even though I have recommended setup, I'm literally not able to play it even on the lowest possible setting
The first game: instead of loading into a match, the game froze and I had to shut it down
The second game: after like a minute of huge lags I load into a match, I try to run, move and aim and it's literally unplayable

Good and fun BUT...

The game is overall good and fun but it gets repetitive and the grind sometimes feels like a chore...

The solo game sucks... if you wanna play, definitely play with other people, it makes the game much better and more fun... EU Vanilla PvE server - great experience

Played two times with ca. half year break, the first time I finished around 95 % of the game, now 100 %
Some people play it every server reset so some twisted kind of replayability is there but it's basically the same game every single time... content updates are rare and they bring no major stuff... the last content update was in February 2022 and you can completely ignore it besides spending like 10-30 minutes in there to get achievements.

So... yeah... if you buy it in the sale, I feel it's worth it even if you'd do only one proper full playthru and then never touch it again... but the good thing is that you can take a break, skip a couple of server resets and maybe start fresh a year or two later (hopefully with at least some new content) and it will be good experience again

Could be better but it's still good if you don't take it too seriously

- it's definitely pay to win or at least pay to progress
- matchmaking is super unbalanced... probably intentionally to push you to buy stuff
- juiced up veterans with top gear, crew and ammo playing on Tier 2-5 so they can completely dominate new players
- you can't log in with other WoT accounts = if you have e.g. an older one, you still have to download Wargaming launcher
+ achievements
+ not dead when comes to content
+ events (- usually with microtransactions)
