While the game was great at launch til now, The sudden Mandatory (Never had I seen the apparent post of "PSN Link will be required later on" during my months of playing Helldivers 2) PSN Link is absolutely atrocious. For those uninformed, Playstation Network have had a history of Data breaches and hackers stealing millions of data off of players ever since 2008, and the most recent breaches being September and October of 2023. Data is sensitive in this day and age, as it can target you with non stop spam emails, phone calls and even mail/sales persons coming to your own home in the extreme. Thats just one issue of PSN, As PSN is only allowed in certain regions, which if this does take into effect, will block the game from those players that don't have PSN as an option. This is a horrible decision, and hope Sony will back off and keep PSN as an option, and If anti-cheat needs to be implimented (I havent seen 'cheating' in this game, which is a sole PVE, Player verses COMPUTER AI, game.) grab a third party system. This game has potential and I hope Corporates won't be it's downfall.

Destiny 2 has definitely improved over the years, from its previous game Destiny 1 and especially after splitting from Activision. While i can't speak for the PVP aspect, the PVE sandbox is amazing and gives quite a challenge if one is not informed. This is a great game for anyone that likes a certain rpg aspect, and a FPS.
