Como este perfil é uma ♥♥♥♥♥ vou ensinar a fazer Bacalhau à Zé do Pipo

Ingredientes:
1 lombo(s) de bacalhau
2 cebola(s)
1 Lt leite
4 c. sopa azeite
1 folha(s) de louro
q.b. sal
q.b. Pimenta
1 tigela maionese
750 g puré de batata
azeitona(s) preta(s)

Preparação:
1. Ponha o bacalhau a demolhar no dia anterior. Depois de bem demolhado, corta-se o bacalhau em postas.
2. Leva-se a cozer com leite.

3. Entretanto, picam-se as cebolas e levam-se a estalar com o azeite, o louro, sal e pimenta e um pouco de leite de cozer o bacalhau. A cebola deve ficar branca e macia e nunca loura.

4. Depois de cozido, escorre-se o bacalhau e coloca-se num recipiente de barro.

5. Deita-se a cebola sobre as postas de bacalhau, que depois se cobrem completamente com a maionese. Enfeite com o puré de batata e leva-se a gratinar. Junte também azeitonas pretas.
