phenominal. Replayed HL2 and the episodes recently and wasnt as impressed as I was when i Was 14. This gave me those sames senses of wonder, fear, and exitement from all those years ago. Great level design, audio, soundtrack, the story makes sense lore-wise and there are occasional spatterings of comedy. This technically and visually feels like where episode 2 left off. The environments are play areas are very rich with design and assets, and somehow they made a corporate, clean office building feel like half life in the earlier chapters (which im sure seems like nothing but it blew me away). It is a shame that hunt down the freeman was monitized and this wasnt. You could have told me this was an unreleased expansion for half life and I would have believed you. 10/10, some of the most fun I have had in a single player campaign in a long time and is the dosage of half life I thought would never come again. If there is a next installment I DEMAND ill be able to pay for it. I cant reccomend this enough.

this had great potential yadda yadda literally every potential filled early access with some hard workers behind it. Used to have cars, gone. Gunplay feels like a roblox game. The market is shallow and the last time I played one of the gun magazines picture was airsoft. Weird recruitment system (used to be by the squad, which made sense. Now its by the soldier even though the battles are supposed to be squad based warfare) and quests are ALL "acquire me these materials, go here, or kill this amount of people". You normally take quests not to proactivly fufill them but to hope you complete it along your current short term goal. No faction to faction interaction or politics. Guns do NOT shoot straight, you can be right on the guys head but you find out the bullet has a random path or the sights (unajustable) are off. If this gets unreleased and improved/fixed, I will recommend this fully. Bought this from the beginning and I must say: not impressed.

Graphics are straight bad and the guns act completly like electric airsoft rifles, the sound, kick, and feel.

these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ give you 1/4 a game for $40 and then make you spend $100 for the rest of the game, could be way more fun
