The atlantic raisinbread cod is a mystical species of fish only found in certain areas of the Cross-Atlantic Ocean. It has been alive since the prehistoric eras, a testament to its tenacity to persist under all but the most strenuous of circumstances. Researchers have been searching for the male counterpart of this elusive cod since the middle ages, with mention of its existence detailed in the Kronorium. The fish was coined 'rainsinbread' in 1143 by famous scholar Φωτεινή due to its uncanny resemblance to the backside of the common deer.
The atlantic raisinbread can be fished in parts of North East Canada, where group expeditions periodically embark in wintertime.
Grappling with the raisinbread is generally not advisable. It can grow up to 3 feet long, much of which is generally considered to be pure muscle.
