In my opinion, this is one of the most replayable games on steam. Ranging from RTS to CoD Zombies, Garry's Mod features a huge selection of items from its community, including even VR, and many RP servers. Thousands of addons wait in the workshop for you to use. Some addons let you detonate nuclear weapons, some let you spread a zombie virus, some allow you to fly planes. You think of something thats not too wild, its probably an addon somewhere. I strongly encourage you to try this game if you have not.
