If I had a dollar for everytime this guy was a legend, I'd have access to so much cash supply that I will single-handedly crash the value of the vast majority of monetary reserves all over the world. The sheer inflationary pressure I will cause with my access to what would be triple the current USD bills in circulation will cause all USD denominated trades to need to be renegotiated, this will cause damage to global supply chains that far excedes disruptions to the Suez canal, further applying inflationary pressure through market shortages.

The US government will be forced to sieze and burn dollars traced back to me (I'll be spending them like hell on all kinds of Yakuza merch) which will guarentee in my arrest or disappearance (remember, this will hurt the savings of many criminal organizations, who might just want to rob me of my money at this point.)
