This game is a big step up from Xenoverse 1. The mentor system uses an advancement battle system rather than the system of performing mundane tasks like xenoverse 1. The up to 60fps and the better hit detection makes this game run very smoothly and plays very well. However, the story is very similar to Xenoverse 1 and does not add much except for a few characters.

This game looks more like an upgrade than a sequel to Xenoverse 1. It improves upon many features but doesn't really introduce any new material.

However, I still think that this game is fun and worth the purchase, but you should skip out on Xenoverse 1.

This is a great game that brings back the nostalgia of Dragon Ball Z. There is a new storyline that is very engaging and fun to play. The only con is the massive amount of grinding that it will take to get every skill. The drop system is random and it kind of sucks. But, if you're a fan of Dragon Ball and enjoy a challenge (keeping Krillin alive) you should get this game.
