Vagabond is not just a manga, it’s a life study. Not some stupid shonen you will find on hype, that the protagonist has a clear goal in mind and from there it just extends like a chewed out tasteless chewing gum just to have a flow of cash for the publishers. It’s even higher than that. I’m not being rude or one-sided. Once you start reading some quality god-level books,you’ll know what you’ve been doing all this time.Vagabond is unpredictable… it has its ups and downs, twists and turns. Sometimes it uplifts everything just to shatter everything and sometimes, there is hope even in the faintest light. It's about finding a purpose in life. Berserk feels the same way, but Vagabond excludes all the unreal elements and focuses on a single human-like existence as if it’s a documentary of a rudderless ship floating in a vast open ocean. The drawing is as if God taught someone how to draw (though there are some quality declines in some chapters) manga, second to Berserk.
