Fun game with hundreds of items to make every run different.

Nominated this with "Choices matter" due to the fact that a lot of runs have you wondering what to do like "Should I take this devil deal" or "Which one of these 2 items should I take" or my favorite "Should I use the dice room and hope I get something better" <- never works btw
