This game is simply great. It is a casual game that is quite addictive. The game design is brilliant, but the UI design is absolutely abysmal. You have to wonder what the devs were smoking when they designed the UI.

The game is easy to play, but hard to master. It will take many many hours of play to win the game. It hasn't been updated in quite some time, so I don't think there will be any more updates. You have to manage your drivers (Qvadrigas), your chariots, your horses, and your medical treatments. The early part of the game is the most difficult, because your qvadrigas are just starting out, and they are not very good. 'Das24680' has published a very good LP series on YouTube.

This game is definitely worth playing as long as you're not too focused on the UI - especially with a 1920x1080 monitor.

There are 4 things that I don't like about this game...

1. After downloading the game, I discovered that the tactical display key would not function. I had to do some extensisve remapping to finally get it to work properly. Until this key was repaired, I lost every single combat that I was in.

2. This game boasts of lots of locations that you can fly to. This is somewhat true (to a limited extent) and I was quite pleased with all the different kind of space stations. That said, this game has a huge & glariing problem. After you dock at a space station, all you get is a rather sterile screen display (like a spreadsheet) THAT IS THE SAME FOR EVERY STARBASE IN THE GAME. There are no people to meet, no places to see, no contacts to be made, simply nothing! Other companies have solved this problem with procedural generation, but the Devs didn't seem to be up to it. Since their game is primarily hard-coded, they will never be able to add the flexibility & expandability that a game like this would do best with. Every time you go to a starbase, it's the same thing over & over. This severly limits the playability of the game.

3. Computer shooting games are quite popular these days. This game takes it a step farther! This game explicitly advocates cold-blooded murder. About 85% of all the missions you can undertake are 'assasination' missions. You are hired to go out and cold-bloodedly kill someone who doesn't even know you. Oh, you can be a trader if you want, but you won't get very far. The ship you start out with has a very small cargo hold - far too small to make much money as a trader. Exacerbating this is the fact that larger ships are prohibitivly expensive. The only way you can make enough money reasonably fast is to murder people. If you aren't willing to commit large-scale murder, this game is not going to be for you. furthurmore, because of all the murder required to play this game, I consider it to be unacceptable for children - and probably for many teenagers as well. I personally find this relaxed attitude towards murder morally objectionable.

4. I am also not recommending' this game not because of the game itself, but rather the developer's website. I registered for the forums on their site and waited for the 'confirmation email.' It never came. I tried dozens of times, for days, for the confirmation email to be resent, but to no avail. I contacted the webmaster to request help, but received no reply. I submitted a 2nd request for help, but that also was ignored. Apparently the company cannot be bothered to maintain their own website. But who knows, I could be just misinformed. Perhaps the entire company is on vacation, or perhaps the company is no longer in business, or no longer supporting this game.

Their pronounced lack of support does not bode well for the future of the game. Let the buyer beware.

Early Access Review
As of build 1.0.22 (July 2015), the only thing that seems to work is the splash screen. I was unable to find any screen resolution that would allow the game to function correctly. This 'game' has a long long way to go before it can be considered playable. The game mechanics are completely totally broken. Nothing seems to work. Nothing seems to display except broken screens. There is no manual, and the broken mechanics make this game impossible to figure out. If you choose to buy this game, expect to wait a year or so for the beta version to come out. Perhaps by then it will function correctly

Never could find out the difference between the regular edition and the delux edition. No user manual seems to exist. Game was fun to play, but a little harsh.
