With impending changes, there is a risk that individuals with disabilities such as motion sickness or physical disabilities may no longer be able to enjoy the game. Simple solutions, like server-wide toggleable options (such as enabling or disabling certain camera features), seem to be dismissed. Instead, the developers seem intent on imposing their vision without considering the sentiments of the entire community. This issue is not a matter of impatience or a "wait and see" attitude; it has persisted for a considerable period. It's just presented in a different guise, as seen with the Stamina Changes, which many of you likely remember.
